|Boundary Trails Hospital located 4 miles east of Morden on Hwy. #3 has 24-hour emergency care with ambulance service available.
We also have STAR Air Ambulance Services available for more servere emergency cases needing transport to Winnipeg hospitals.
|STARS Air Ambulance: This air-ambulance helicopter is a comprehensive and responsive emergency medical system made up of several components. The flight crew, air medical crews and communications specialists work in concert to ensure that the patients receive the best care available in the shortest period of time possible, having STARS in the air ensures patients have access to the specialized medical care they need, even if they are far away from a critical care centre. The Manitoba base is dispatched from Winnipeg and services outside the perimeter of Winnipeg to the south, east and west borders of the province and up about as high as Swan River. It totals just over 90% of the population.|
|Morden Fire Department|
|The Fire Dept. has a Chief and 32 volunteers trained to serve the town and the western half of the R.M. of Stanley. The dept. has a fleet of 3 pumper trucks and a rescue truck. Morden Fire Hall is at the corner of Thornhill Street and 5th Street.|
